Scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected for the start of the workweek with high temperatures climbing back up into the 80s.
And according to the National Weather Service at State College, some scattered thunderstorms may produce damaging wind gusts in isolated spots today in Dauphin, Columbia, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties.
Today will otherwise be partly sunny with a high of 84 and a low of 63. There is a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and a 30 percent chance in the evening.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 85 and a low of 62.
Wednesday will see a 20 percent chance of showers before 2 p.m. on an otherwise mostly sunny day with a high of 82 and a low of 60.
Thursday is expected to be sunny with a high of 84 and a low of 63.
On Friday, expect mostly sunny skies with a high of 86 and a low of 66.
A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is in store for Saturday, which will be mostly sunny with a high of 88 and a low of 68.
And Sunday will be mostly sunny with a high of 87 and a 50 percent chance of showers.
