We could potentially see two rounds of rain today. The first will be during the morning with some passing showers and a few embedded storms, but the second wave of storms later in the day is the one we will be keeping an eye on. The risk of widespread severe weather is low, but a few storms could become strong or even severe at times. Heavy rain, high winds, and hail will be possible within our strongest storms. The best chances for this will be between 2 and 9 PM.
We may see a few lingering showers and storms tonight and into early tomorrow morning, but otherwise Father's Day looks pleasant with mostly sunny skies and highs in the 80s.
Another round of showers and storms returns to the forecast Sunday night into Monday. Behind this cold front, we'll see a brief but noticeable dip in our temps as highs will be on either side of 80 for the middle of next week. A few more showers and storms may be possible for the second half of the upcoming work week, but for now chances remain low.
