Wednesday

Scattered storms linger into Wednesday night. However, the risk of severe weather is very low. A few downpours are possible from the strongest storms, though.

Thursday

Thursday morning, another round of showers and storms redevelops. Some pockets of heavy rainfall are possible during your morning drive.

Chances are scattered through the state, so just have the umbrella ready to go!

Widespread rain and storms return in the afternoon. With some more instability in the atmosphere, look for another round of strong/severe storms.

Most of the state is under a Marginal Risk of severe weather on Thursday. That means we have a chance of isolated severe storms that could produce more damaging wind gusts and torrential rainfall. The threat won't be as widespread as Wednesday, but you'll still need to be prepared for active weather.

In the evening, storms and showers move east and some could still be strong.

Cooler and more stable air arrives late in the day.

Friday

Some spotty showers linger, especially in the morning, but the day is quieter overall as the threat for severe weather is unlikely.
