Tonight: Expect intermittent clouds overnight, with clouds thickening to become partly to mostly cloudy by daybreak. With partial clearing, this allows temperatures to drop into the mid 40s. Winds will be out of the west southwest at 10-15mph.
Tomorrow: The NewsLink Indiana Weather Team is closely monitoring our next weather system, as there is the possibility for thunderstorms, including some that could be strong to severe, late on Thursday evening into Friday morning. Right now, there is a Marginal Risk (level 1/5) for severe weather, but we will continue to keep you updated as this system gets closer. Expect rain to move in late in the afternoon, with thunderstorms possible after sundown into early Friday morning.
Temperatures tomorrow will be cooler than what we saw today, topping out in the mid 60s. Winds will be sustained at 10-15mph, with the potential to gust much higher. With this system, we are also under a High Wind Watch tomorrow evening, as wind gusts could approach 60mph at times. This means objects like tree limbs and trash cans could be blown about. Make sure to secure any loose objects. Power outages are also possible. Stay weather aware and up-to-date on weather coverage from NewsLink Indiana.
7-day Forecast: We're in for a roller-coaster of spring-like temperatures this week! Temperatures will be in the mid 50s to lower 70s throughout the week. After the rain moves out Friday morning, expect dry and sunny conditions for the weekend into the beginning of next week.
