AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Rain chances continue this week but will be lower, other than Wednesday, into the weekend.
Storms that develop will be generally smaller and weaker but still have the potential for some quick runoff flooding in a few spots. Flood warnings continue for the rest of the week at this point given the saturated ground.

On Wednesday the rain chance increases from 20% to 40% and the risk of severe weather increases. This is the current outlook from the Storm Prediction Center. This will likely change before Wednesday with a higher risk of severe storms, one inch hail and 60 mph hours winds, becoming more likely.
