MADISON (WKOW) - Another round of rain is expected to push through tonight into Friday morning.
Morning showers and thunderstorms did pose a severe threat, most of the severe thunderstorms remained off to our east. What the 27 News coverage area did see was beneficial rain.
The next line of storms is set to move in later this evening from the La Crosse area and move SE through the viewing area. The timing of this line looks like 8-2 AM. The better chance to see a severe storm will be near the Dells and Richland Center NW of Madison.
Showers and thunderstorms will continue to stick around through the rest of the weekend. With isolated chances for a severe thunderstorm or two Friday and Saturday. The heaviest rain should move in Saturday morning with another 1inch possible during that time.
