Nicholas Basso has joined Peak Rock Capital as a managing director focused on credit investments, a spokesman confirmed.
The position is new. Mr. Basso will help lead the firm's investments across corporate credit, with a focus on creative debt financings that require fast execution. He will report to CEO Anthony DiSimone.
Mr. Basso was a managing director in the strategic credit group for Oaktree Capital Management. An Oaktree spokeswoman declined to comment.
