Biography
Hannah Jean Peak is the Assistant Director of Employment for CarolinaLIFE, an inclusive postsecondary education program for students with diverse support needs. In her role, Hannah coordinates all employment and internship opportunities and teaches employment-based courses for all CL students. Before coming to UofSC, she attended Missouri State University (Go Bears!) where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Education for Special Education and her Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education. During her time at MO State, Hannah spent 4 years with Bear POWER, a comprehensive transition postsecondary program. Hannah lives in Columbia and enjoys exploring and spending time with her partner Stuart.

Research
Hannah's research interests focus on filling gaps in current literature surrounding the identity development and inclusion of fat students and staff on college campuses, including the barriers and negative impact of physical campus spaces.
