Multiple people hurt in serious crash near Murray and Pikes Peak - KKTV 11 News

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Multiple people were sent to the hospital Monday night following a two-vehicle crash on the east side of Colorado Springs.

The collision shut down Murray Boulevard in both directions from East Bijou Street to Pikes Peak Avenue. The area is just south of East Platte Avenue on the east side of the city.

Police say the vehicles collided in the 100 block of North Murray and that at least one person was trapped. No further information has been released at the time of this writing.

The roadway is back open Tuesday morning.
