Strong to Severe Storms Possible Tomorrow - wyomingnewsnow.tv

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

The showers and storms will be fizzling out by 9pm tonight as the instability decreases. Temperatures will on the warmer side tonight for the overnight lows in the upper 30s to mid 40s with partly cloudy skies.

A low pressure system will move through the state tomorrow keeping the temperatures steady in the upper 60s and lower 70s. This system will always bring the potential for strong to severe storms in the SE Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle. This is a marginal risk, level 1 out of 5, any storm that gets going will have the potential for strong winds, large hail, and a brief spin up of a tornado cannot be ruled out. Instability will take over the eastern parts of Wyoming tomorrow and Saturday so please stay weather aware for the next few days!

As of Thursday afternoon Wyoming is not under a severe storm risk Saturday but this could always change as Friday comes. The possibility for large hail, strong winds, a brief tornado, and lightning will pose a threat for Wyoming Saturday afternoon.
