The end of this week could be wet, with chances for storms every day Thursday through Monday.
Possible storms on Thursday could be severe and bring large hail and damaging winds to North Texas, according to the National Weather Service’s forecast.
The most-severe weather that day will probably be west of I-35 starting in the afternoon. The storms are expected to weaken during the evening as they move east, according to the weather service.
The weather service’s forecast calls for a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms in Dallas-Fort Worth in the afternoon, with wind gusts up to 25 mph. By Thursday night, the chance of showers rises to 40%, with gusts as high as 35 mph.

The potential storms Friday through Monday are expected to be isolated to scattered and weaker than Thursday’s storms. They will likely occur during the afternoon, the forecast says.
