MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Several South-Central Wisconsin counties are reporting damage from a storm system that has prompted tornado warnings across the region, county dispatchers have confirmed. To get a gauge of the extent of the damage, NBC15 News checked in with agencies across the region around 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
Grant County
Officials from Grant Co. said there had been multiple reports of trees downed due to the storm, but no instances of structural damage.
Green County
Officials said that they didn’t have any information about storm damage, but one viewer sent in photos of debris spread across their yard and even showed some shingles blown off their roof from the wind during the storm.

Iowa County
Iowa County officials confirmed structural damages and downed power lines in Rewey, a village in between Platteville and Mineral Point. Saturday, in a release, officials added that a shed was reported being down in the roadway around 7 p.m. on Lower Mifflin Road and Rewey First Responders and Montfort EMS were dispatched. No injuries were reported and Iowa Co. officials believe the damage was because of the storm.
Dispatchers also said that they were responding to multiple reports of downed buildings, power lines and trees throughout the county, but mostly concentrated in the south.
Jefferson County
Callers had not reported any damage from the storm, Jefferson Co. dispatch reported.

Lafayette County
In a release Saturday morning, Lafayette Co. officials reported multiple instances of damage from the storm. It said around 7 p.m. Friday Belmont Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies resonded to Heinz Rd and Mitchell Hollow Rd to reports of trees and poles snapping as well as building damage. Belmont residents also reported traffic hazards during the storm on CTH XX. Residents also reported a collapsed grain bin blocking the road on CTG and other debris on CTH E in Darlington.
Power pole snaps were also reported in Elk Grove Township. A collapsed barn was reported in Kendall Township. A barn fire was also reported around 7:15 on Furnace Hill Rd in Darlington, which Argyle Fire, Belmont Fire, Blanchardville Fire, Gratiot Fire, Mineral Point Fire, Shullsburg Fire, Wiota Fire, and Darlington Police responded to.
Rock County
Officials said the Beloit area had taken the brunt of the damage during the storm, with reports of downed power lines and trees. Dispatchers also said there were reports of poles on buildings.
One viewer sent in photos of what appeared to be trees uprooted and split during the storm in Beloit.

Walworth County
County officials were able to confirm multiple instances of downed trees and power lines, and said that there were many instances of electrical outages but did not have any specifics on where they were.
Thousands of Alliant Energy Customers were also experiencing power outages in the west, including over 1,800 customers with outages in Arena. To check outages in your area go to alliantenergy.com.
As of Saturday morning, the National Weather Service is going county to county surveying the damage from the storms and will release a more comprehensive report.
